We recommend beginners, as well as advanced students, to attend one of our JOSEF's Principles Classes that are marked as suitable for beginners. In these classes, the special features of our Reformers are explained at the beginning, and the class level is beginner-friendly.

Yes, you can cancel a class yourself in your account. You can find an overview of your booked classes under " Bookings ".

Up to 12 hours before the start of each class, your used credit will be automatically credited to your account and can be used for a new booking. For cancellations within 12 hours of the class, the credit will not be refunded.

Please note that if you submit a cancellation request via email, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your request in time for the class or within the deadline.

No, our accounts and credits are personal and non-transferable. Booking for other people is therefore not possible. The easiest way to invite a guest to a class is with one of our gift vouchers, which you can purchase in our online shop or at our studios.

The validity of the credits varies depending on the selected pass; it will be displayed in your shopping cart before purchase.

You can also check the validity of your credits at any time by looking under Course Passes in your account.

Yes, you can buy gift vouchers for our classes in our online shop or at our studios. You can choose to buy them directly with Pilates socks or in combination with a beautiful gift box.

As a rule, all our classes are in German. However, there are also classes in English, which are marked with "ENG" in the title in the booking system.

Bookings and credits are linked to the respective studio. Please ensure you have selected the correct studio in your account/app. Occasionally, the system may reset your location and select a different studio.

Yes, in our studios in Munich and Düsseldorf you can join our classes at a reduced drop-in price with Wellpass.

To do this, you create an account, enter your payment details, and select the " Wellpass surcharge " course pass to book the class. You can then check in with Wellpass on site.

The Wellpass surcharge also applies to classes without a trainer.

Yes, in our studios in Munich , Düsseldorf and Tegernsee you can participate in our Reformer classes via Classpass.

We usually ship all our packages with DHL and with tracking.

Orders sent by post usually leave our warehouse after 1-3 working days.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
