In our studios in Munich, Düsseldorf, and at Lake Tegernsee, as well as in our Pop Up in Lech am Arlberg, you'll experience Pilates in its most powerful form. This isn't just about a workout – it's about an experience that strengthens you, moves you forward, and brings you balance. Because movement is more than just training – it's connection, motivation, and energy that we love to share with each other.

After the workout, it continues – not just in thought, but also in our JOSEF P Café, which is a central meeting point at every location. With a coffee from Alrighty, a Matcha Latte, a delicious protein shake, or a nutritious Acai bowl, you'll refuel for the day. Because a holistic lifestyle doesn't just begin on the mat – it permeates everything we do.

And precisely this philosophy is also reflected in our JOSEF P X Trigema collection. Pilates originated in Germany, so why not design the matching clothing here too? Together with Trigema, the traditional German company, we develop functional, high-quality Pilates socks and apparel – sustainably produced in Germany and perfect for your training and everyday life.

Behind all of this are Paul & Paulina – two founders who have a vision and are bringing it more and more to reality every day. Paulina, a trained Stott Pilates instructor, teaches in the studios herself and brings her passion for precise and effective movement. Paul, with his background in gastronomy, embodies the JOSEF P community in the café. But JOSEF P would be nothing without the amazing team that shares this vision and brings it to life.

And that's just the beginning. JOSEF P is growing. With new studios in planning – we want to make Pilates accessible to even more people. Our vision is clear: Pilates "Made in Germany" as a synonym for quality, community, and an active, conscious lifestyle.
