In our light-filled studio, you'll find 11 innovative NordicTrack machines, which stand for maximum precision and first-class results.

Our Training – Flexible & Effective

• Reformer Pilates – Group Classes: Book yourself into our schedule at fixed times and train under the guidance of our experienced instructors in a motivating group.

• Self-Training – Screen Training: Use the Reformers outside of group classes and train independently with over 100 different video instructions directly on your machine.
